Week in Review (6/5/2022)

It was yet another fun week of cooking, although less than previous weeks. I don’t know about anyone else, but when during the summer when it’s hot outside, cooking just seem a lot less enjoyable.

This week I made this AMAZING salmon burger and a fun summer drink!

First up was the salmon burger. This was fantastic and so flavorful! I loved the aioli on it and especially loved the crunch from the pickle. This is definitely a repeat recipe! I will be posting it shortly!

Next up was the Painkiller! I haven’t had one of these since I took summer classes down in the Caribbean, and one sip took me right back! I forgot how good this drink is, and it’s pretty simple to make! I’ll be posting this one soon as well. Stay tuned for what is on the menu for this week!
