Baked Swordfish with Steamed Asparagus
This is a a great healthy recipe, light and bright, and very easy to make!

Ingredients
- 4 oz Swordfish Steak
- 1/2 Tbsp Coastal Blend Seasoning from The Spice and Tea Exchange
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Place fish on a dish and drizzle olive oil. Sprinkle with spice mixture and rub in. Place in refrigerator and marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes, but overnight is best.
- When ready to cook, preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a steamer pot, bring water to a boil.
- Cook swordfish in oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness. Fish should be flakey when done.
- With about 8 minutes left to cook the fish, add the asparagus to the steamer basked, cover, and cook 6-8 minutes.
- Once fish is cooked through, plate with the cooked asparagus.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over fish
