Mahi Mahi with Mango Jalapeno Salsa

This is a wonderful light dish! It's so easy to make, tastes great, and it's healthy! I like to make additional salsa just enjoy on other dishes or on its own, it is just so delicious!

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Season Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper and bake for 20 minutes until cooked through and flakey.
  3. While fish cooks, combine Mango, Jalapenos, Red Onion, Lime Juice, a drizzle of Olive Oil.
  4. Serve fish topped with salsa.
