Lemon Poppy Seed Brussel Sprouts
This is a super easy, amazingly quick, and of course delicious side dish!
Ingredients:
1 lb Brussel Sprouts
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Thinnly slice brussel sprouts.
Melt butter in a heavy large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add brussel sprouts and stir occasionally until they just begin to wilt, about 5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and poppy seeds, toss to blend.
Season with salt and pepper if desired.
